If you are looking for someone to MC your reception that will help ensure your evening runs smoothly, I can help by working with your venue and other wedding vendors to ensure everyone is having a fabulous time!
With over 12 years of events management experience, I am well-trained to handle the unexpected things that may pop up on the night. My job is to help manage your evening with your vendors to avoid disrupting your evening.
Together we will create a fun and engaging reception for you and your guests to continue celebrating your wedding day.
Packages and inclusions are outlined below.
MC Services (If booked with Celebrant Services) $800 (to be discussed based on inclusions)
Services conclude after reception formalities (*approx 4 hr service from the end of the ceremony – additional hours can be added)
Service fee for couples who have booked my celebrant services and want extra support for their reception to help remove any stress and ensure the night runs smoothly.
• Liaising with venue and wedding vendors to help keep the night running smoothly
• Assistance if required preparing reception run sheet for key timings & MC notes
• Onsite contact person for guests and vendors to help reduce any distractions on the night
• Announcing wedding party arrival, introduce your wonderful guests for speeches and other reception formalities (cake cutting, first dance etc)
**Notes**
• Additional $100 per hour for ceremony & reception bookings
• If the reception venue is more than 40 mins from Orange – NSW, accommodation may be required pending conclusion of my services.
MC Services (Without Celebrant Services) $1,000 (to be discussed based on inclusions)
Services conclude after reception formalities (*approx 4 hr service from the end of the ceremony – additional hours can be added)
Service fee for clients who haven’t booked my celebrant services but want support for your reception to help remove any stress and ensure the night runs smoothly.
• Liaising with venue and wedding vendors to help keep the night running smoothly
• Assistance if required preparing reception run sheet for key timings & MC notes
• Onsite contact person for guests and vendors to help reduce any distractions on the night
• Announcing wedding party arrival, introduce your wonderful guests for speeches and other reception formalities (cake cutting, first dance etc)
Travel – within 80km round trip of Orange included free of charge – additional travel fees apply.

• Additional $150 per hour for reception only bookings
• If the reception venue is more than 40 mins from Orange – NSW, accommodation may be required pending conclusions of my services.
Additional fees:
• Public Holiday & Long Weekend surcharge: to be discussed.
• Travel to any area over the specified distance listed in package: Add $1 per km.
• If travel requires an overnight stay due to distance from Orange – NSW, accommodation costs are to be covered by the client. (I will do my best to find suitable/cost effective accommodation).
